Alloy 1050 belongs to 1 xxx series aluminum which is called pure aluminum sheet. It is made by virgin aluminum ingot, we can guarantee it is 99.5% purity, not made by aluminum scrap.
1050 aluminum sheet mainly temper is O, H12, H14, H16, H18,H24.
The temper H14 and H24 allow to make 90 degree bending without cracking.

For 1xxx series aluminum are aade of fresh aluminum ingot, Also called pure aluminum. Because the al purity is up to 99%-99.7%. The density is 2.71, 1/3 of that of iron. For alloy 1050 is 99.5%, it belongs to 1xxx aluminum.
2.What are the features of 1000 series aluminum?

4.Do you produce aluminum curtain wall?

5.What’s the different between h14 and h24? h14 vs h24
H for work-hardened state. H14 represents: no heat treatment, but only work hardening to give the material a tensile strength intermediate between 0 (annealed) and 8 (hard state), i.e., the mean value; H24 in the H said processing hardening state, H24 said control hardness and other physical properties of the processing process, this is semi-hard state.
6.What’s the Dimensional Tolerances of aluminum plate 1050 ?
It includes tolerance of thickness, width, length, diagonal line and flatness. If any above aspects exceed the standard value, it will affect the finished products rate and pass rate.
